This Part regulates interrelations between the editorial staff of the international scientific and practical conference “PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE PERSON: LIFE RESOURCE AND LIFE POTENTIAL” (hereafter - “Editors“), the publishing house “KrasSMU“ (hereafter - “Publisher“) and an author or a group of authors who give their manuscript for publication in the PROCEEDINGS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE PERSON: LIFE RESOURCE AND LIFE POTENTIAL” (hereafter - “Author“).
By directing the article to the editorial office, Author agrees that the exclusive property rights to use the manuscript (including such copyright protected objects as the author’s photos, drawings, diagrams, tables, etc.) are transferred to the Publisher. These property rights comprise the reproduction right including Internet; rights to distribute the manuscript and translate into any world languages; rights to export and import the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference copies with the author’s article in order to make it available to the public.
The Editors reserve the right to shorten and revise the manuscript, conduct scientific editing, reduce and correct the article, change the design of diagrams, figures and tables to match the design of the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference without changing the meaning of the provided information.
The Editors and the Publisher when using the article shall be entitled to supply it with any illustrated material, advertisements and allow third parties to do it.
The Editors and the Publisher can assign the rights obtained from the Author to the third parties, and have the right to prohibit the third parties any use of the materials published in the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference for commercial purposes.
Author ensures the presence of his exclusive rights for the use of the material transferred to the Editors. In case of the warranty breach and in this connection presentation of claims to the Editors or the Publisher, Author has to settle all the claims independently and at his own expense. The Editors and the Publisher are not responsible for the warranty breach.
Author retains the right to use the published material, fragments and parts for personal, including scientific and teaching purposes.
The Author transfers the rights mentioned above to the Editors and the Publisher without limitation of their actions on the territory of all countries of the world and the Russian Federation.
Rights for the manuscript are considered to be transferred by the author to the Editors and the Publisher since acceptance for publication.
Reprint of the materials published in the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference by other individuals and legal entities is possible only with the written permission of the Editors and the Publisher with the obligatory indication the name and the year of publication.
The Editors are not responsible for authenticity of the information provided by the Author.
Submitting the manuscript to the Editors, the Author gives permission for the use and processing of personal data.
The Editors reserve the right to shorten and revise the articles, change the design of diagrams, figures and tables to match the design of the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference without changing the meaning of the provided information. In case of the delayed response to the Editors request, the Editors may, in their discretion, make changes in the article or reject in publication.
Transmitting papers to the editorial office that were accepted and published in other publishing houses is absolutely not allowed.
The Editors are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Authors. The works submitted with violation of article submission guidelines will not be accepted for consideration by the Editors of the proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference.
Preparation of articles
For submission of the article Authors must confirm the following items. The manuscript may be returned to Authors, if it does not adhere to these guidelines.
1. The manuscript has been submitted solely to this proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference and is not published, in press, or submitted elsewhere (or an explanation has been provided in “Comments to the Editor“).
2. The manuscript is presented in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF or WordPerfect file format.
3. Full Internet addresses (URL) are given where possible.
4. The text is typed in Times New Roman, 12pt and single spaced. Italics are used for emphasized words or phrases in running text. All figures, diagrams and tables are embedded in the manuscript file and are not placed in the end of the manuscript.
Authors who are going to publish their articles in this proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference agree to the following:
a. Authors retain copyright and provide the editorial staff of the international scientific and practical conference “PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE PERSON: LIFE RESOURCE AND LIFE POTENTIAL” a right of first publication of their work, which is automatically licensed on the terms of Creative Commons Attribution License 6 months after the publication, which makes it possible for others to distribute this work with the obligatory reference to the authors and original publication in this proceedings of the international scientific and practical conference.
b. Authors are entitled to place their work on the Internet (e.g., in their profile on the website of the organization or personal website) prior to and during the review process, as this may lead to the meaningful discussion and increase the number of references to the work (q.v. The Effect of Open Access).
